1. Acceptance. By creating an account and using Cavdo AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Cavdo AI.

3. Acceptable use. Don't use Cavdo AI to break the law, harm others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Your content. Chats, prompts, and generations you create remain yours. We store them so you can access them from your account on any device.

5. Plans & billing. Paid plans are active for the period shown in Settings → Billing and revert to the Free plan automatically once that period ends, unless renewed.

6. No warranty. Cavdo AI is provided "as is." AI-generated content can be inaccurate — use your judgment, especially for anything important.

7. Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

8. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
